Frequently Asked Questions

When will I get my juice?

We juice on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week and deliver Wednesdays and Fridays between 8 am and 8 pm. We will be adding more flavors and days in the near future so please stay tuned.

Can I pay cash?

Yes, we can accept cash. In order to pay with cash you need to receive prior authorization by calling or texting 707-289-9099.

How long does the juice last?

Our Juice is cold pressed allowing for maximum nutrient retention for 5 days. We cannot guarantee the nutrient retention beyond that point. We have on occasion enjoyed our juice after a week and it still tastes great.

When do I need to have my order in?

We make all our juice to order. Orders placed by 3pm on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday. Orders placed by 3pm on Wednesday will be delivered on Friday.

What if I’m not home when my juice is delivered?

Please feel free to leave us special instructions. We recommend that if you’re not going to be home during deliveries to please leave a cooler out and we will be happy to put your juice inside.

Can I have it delivered to my work/neighbor?

We are happy to. Just please leave us special instructions when you place your order. Feel free to tell us time windows. For example, “If you deliver before 5pm deliver to my work address. After 5pm deliver to my home.” etc.

What is the minimum amount of juice I can order?

Feel free to order as little as a quart of juice. We do need to charge a delivery fee of $5 on orders less than $25 and for all orders of those not yet Members.

How does the bottle deposit work?

Our intention is to receive all glass bottles back so we can reuse them in a timely manner. We charge a $6 bottle deposit on all half gallon glass bottles delivered and issue a $6 refund when a bottle is returned.

For example:

If you order 2 half gallon bottles of juice you will be charged a $12 bottle deposit. If the following week, you order just 1 half gallon and leave 2 half gallon bottles for us upon delivery, we will refund you $6 and keep $6 as a bottle deposit for the 1 bottle you currently have.

Are there any other fees?

Nope, we want to get our juice to you as efficiently and economically as possible. We do charge bottle deposits and delivery charges on small orders but that’s it.

How do cleanses work?

Our cleanse consists of 6 different organic, cold pressed juices that provide your body with a variety of essential vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients, while working to detoxify and replenish your body’s vital systems.
The juices you received are numbered 1 through 6. These numbers relate to the order in which they should be consumed throughout the day. All 6 should be consumed each day of the cleanse. During the cleanse, try your best not to eat solid foods. This will allow your digestive system to take a break and focus on recovery. If you do need to eat, choose raw fruits and vegetables in conjunction with the juice. Ultimately, there is no wrong here, but to receive the fullest benefits of this cleanse, work to withhold from eating so your systems can focus on repair and detoxification.
You can further maximize the detoxifying benefits of your juice cleanse by drinking 8 glasses of water daily and eating a clean diet for the 3 days leading up to your cleanse. Afterward, slowly reintroduce solid foods into your diet, starting with fruits and vegetables on day one, nuts and gluten-free grains on day two, and organic meats and fish, and gluten grains on day three.
